03/08/2017 07:00 AM“This letter shall serve as a final warning,” states a Feb. 16, 2012, letter I received from Connecticut River Area Heath District (CRAHD). “Should the application for entry into the Decentralized Wastewater Management Program not be received by the Director of Health within 30 days of the date of this letter, formal action will be taken as set forth in the Ordinance.”
Move to the Dec. 12, 2016 CRAHD letter, which states: “ALL actions 1 through 5 above must be completed by Jan. 30, 2017 to comply with this order. Failure to comply with this order will result in further enforcement action to the fullest extent of the law.”
As of March 2017, I’m waiting for the sheriff who never comes.
