Feb. 9’s storm brought traveling challenges for those who had to brave the elements, unless you traveled through Chester, where the ride was much easier.

My profession required that I venture out multiple times during Thursday’s storm. I was so impressed with the condition of Chester’s roads throughout the day. Traveling through several neighboring towns, I can personally attest that Chester’s roads were far superior in drivability than other towns. Thanks go to the Chester Public Works crew, those guys rock!
