Knowledge of Town and State Issues

I am pleased to endorse Steve Gifford (D) for State Representative for North Haven. I have worked with Steve on the town’s Economic Development Commission for five years and have come to respect him for his knowledge of both town and state issues not only relating to commerce but also its importance for education and community development.

As a small business owner, Steve has firsthand knowledge of and experience with the policies that will benefit this important sector of our economy. I believe Steve has the personal qualities that will allow him to work with all members of the Assembly and Senate to pass the legislation that will benefit North Haven and Connecticut.

I encourage your readers to go to the polls on Election Day. Their votes will determine the future of our town and country.
