Honest and Transparent

State Representative Dave Yaccarino (R-87) lives his three simple rules every day: Be an active listener, do what’s best for the most people, and be honest and transparent. Whether advocating for housing upgrades in support of veterans’ care as the leading House Republican on the Veterans Committee, fighting for the funding of North Haven programs, or supporting efforts to improve Connecticut’s economy, I have always found Dave to be a good listener who gets results.

Regardless of the topic, he is concerned about the wellbeing of North Haven citizens and Connecticut as a whole. If he doesn’t have an answer to a question at the moment, he will research the subject, find the answer, and get back to you in a timely manner. You may not always like his answer, but he always provides one.

Dave’s strong commitment to the people of North Haven was recently recognized by the House Clerk’s office as registering a 100 percent House roll call voting record during the 2016 legislative session, which is now true for all of his three terms. Only 32 percent of House legislators can boast a perfect voting record this year!

I will be voting for Dave Yaccarino this year because he has, and I am sure he will continue to deliver on the promises he has made to the people of North Haven and the State of Connecticut.
