Stepped Up to the Plate

Once again the Department of Social Services denied my most recent reassessment application for continued Connecticut Medicare Savings Program benefits. Despite my repeated efforts, I was unable to get clarification as to why they denied the continuation of these benefits.

This is now the second time State Representative Dave Yaccarino (R-87) stepped up to the plate and cut through the red tape resulting in my reassessment application being accepted and my benefits continued.

I know that when Dave gets involved a solution will be provided. That’s why I’ll be voting for him on Nov. 8.
