Willing to Start a Dialog

As president of the Madison Lions Club, I read Mr. John Vincze’s letter [“Demonstrating their Appreciation”] in the July 7 Source with interest.

The Madison Lions wish to thank Mr. Vincze for his kind comments about the Madison Lions and our service to Madison. Our club has served those in need from Madison since 1956 with pride. However I take issue with his comment that the food trucks were on the Green during our Flea Market. To my knowledge, the food trucks were lined up on Academy Street.

The Lions are willing to start a dialog with the food truck owners.
