What a Wonderful Idea

I came to your beautiful town from Toronto, Canada. The first morning I arrived early and decided to take a little walk over to a beautiful park, which people here call the Town Green, and was spellbound by the way the sun was falling in puddles of light in the Colonial graveyard. I continued to walk and saw a story walk. I had never seen one before. I began to read the story and follow the story boards around the graveyard. I learned about a special young girl who had an extraordinary adventure finding fossils. I ran out of time that morning and returned the following day to finish reading.

What a wonderful idea—a story walk! I wanted to compliment your town, the library, and the Daytime Gardening Club for this wonderful experience. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I plan to incorporate story walks in the summer camp I work at this summer,
