Heartfelt Thanks

On June 21, 253 of our high school seniors received their diplomas during commencement exercises, concluding their connection with the Guilford school system. Our congratulations go out to all of those young people who are now entering the next phase of their lives.

Our son, Lucas, was one of those who participated in this ceremony. We wanted to publicly thank the Guilford Board of Education and the many staff members who helped him accomplish this task of graduating with his class. Through the years they have helped him keep up with his peers through many physical issues. Space does not allow us to name the many individuals who helped him, but they included those in the regular and special services departments of the various schools in town.

Lucas is going on to college in the fall to continue his education. Again, we would like to give our heartfelt thanks to all who helped him attain this milestone.
