Remember Those Who Sacrificed

Thanks go to the Westbrook Fife & Drum Corps, veterans, selectmen, town officials, police, Elks, Boy and Girl Scouts, youth baseball teams, Fire Department, and the two buglers from the high school band for their participation in the Westbrook Memorial Day Parade. Thanks go to Gill Brainard, Noel Bishop and Rev. Jan Gregory for their wisdom, assistance, and continued support.

The Memorial Day Parade is a time to remember those veterans who sacrificed everything for you and me. I thank those who assisted in remembrances at the South Main Street Cemetery, Old Clinton Road Cemetery, Clark’s Bridge, and the Town Green ceremonies.

I could not have been more proud of the Westbrook citizens for their individual participation and assistance of the 2016 Westbrook Memorial Day Parade and Ceremonies.
