Brought Pride Back
As announced on May 3, East Haven Police Chief Brent Larrabee has announced his retirement. We would like to thank the chief for all he has accomplished for the department and our town.
Chief Larrabee was named interim in February 2012 and subsequently appointed chief in February 2013. In that span of time, the chief and his force brought pride back to the department and the town. We wish Chief Larrabee well in his retirement.
We hope that Chief Larrabee’s successor will continue going forward to keep that same sense of pride. That successor who will best continue the legacy of Chief Larrabee, we believe, is a man who has stood shoulder to shoulder with the chief throughout this transition. That man is Deputy Chief Ed Lennon.
