Capstone Project Benefits the Food Pantry

Jeremiah Cureton needed to create and execute a capstone project as part of his high school graduation requirement, even though he is only a junior this year. As part of the project, Jeremiah incorporated a non-perishable food drive into the project. Jeremiah collected the food and donated it to the food pantry, which has helped to fill the shelves with food for our pantry clients.

Jeremiah not only collected food, but he also volunteers his time at the pantry on Saturday mornings helping with stocking the shelves and assisting pantry clients with carrying their groceries to their cars.

I would like to thank Jeremiah for thinking of the food pantry while fulfilling his requirements for high school graduation. His thoughtfulness and volunteering at the pantry is greatly appreciated by all.
