North Haven Pride

North Haven pride was alive and well last Friday night for the first annual Faculty Basketball Game Fundraiser between the middle school and high school. This PTA-sponsored event pitted the Middle School Mayhem Team against Team Across Court Disciplines, representing the high school. Enthusiastic fans lined both sides of the gym with large posters rooting for their favorite teachers.

With close to 900 people in attendance, the strong connection between school and family was evident in our town. It was an exciting and fun-filled night for all ages to enjoy some friendly competition. The PTA would like to thank the many student, teacher, and parent volunteers whose generosity of time and talent made this event possible.

This event was a prime example of what can be accomplished when we all work together for a common goal. With a nail-biting finish, the high school faculty team earned the honors of this year’s trophy. Can’t wait until next year’s re-match!
