Graduating in Style

I would like to give a big thanks to all the following people, businesses, and organizations who have generously supported the East Haven DARE Program by participating in the 5th grade DARE Graduation Shirt Sponsorship that was available during February and March.

Sponsors included: John Prato ‘In Memory of Barbara J. Prato,’ Twin Pines Diner, The Rib House, Capotorto’s Apizza Center, Foxon Park Beverages Inc., Sandpiper Restaurant, D. H. Ferrara School, East Haven Police Union, East Haven Firefighters Local 1205, Nexgen Public Safety Solutions, East Haven Rotary Club Inc., Town Fair Tire, East Haven Academy, and Atlas Chiropractic—Dr. Adam R. Church.

By their generous contributions to this sponsorship, I was able to order DARE graduation shirts, which will be given as gifts to each 5th grade DARE graduate at the East Haven Academy, Ferrara School, and St. Vincent de Paul School, as they will have their DARE graduations within the next few months. This year, the 5th graders from those schools voted on the one style of shirt they wanted as their DARE graduation shirt. Also, the names of each shirt sponsor will be displayed on the back of each DARE graduation shirt.
