In any successful relationship there needs to be periodic reviews of the benefits in the relationship to determine if changes need to be made, or if the relationship needs to be terminated.

It would seem that Killingworth’s voters want a better quality of education for their children than do Haddam’s voters. Talk to many Killingworth parents and you get the impression that many feel that Haddam’s voters often stand in the way of a better quality of education for our children.

Maybe it is time to review this HK Regional 17 union and explore available alternatives.

Killingworth children and voters deserve the best quality of education that they desire and they should not be held down by others in this relationship.
