Honest and Trustworthy

Michele Nuhn is a great asset to the town of Killingworth as tax collector. Michele has been Killingworth’s tax collector for eight years. She is highly qualified to do so.

Michele completed three years of classes to become a Connecticut certified municipal collector. She has maintained a high collection rate while in her position and knows the Connecticut state laws that pertain to her job. Honest and trustworthy, Michele has a strong work ethic as well.

I have known Michele to be a kind, caring, and involved member of the community. She has been involved with the Girl Scouts as a leader and taught religion as a CCD teacher at St. Lawrence Church in Killingworth. With children in the school system, Michele can be seen supporting many of the activities in town or within the school district.

Michele has been a lifelong resident of Killingworth. I have had the privilege of knowing Michele for many years. We grew up together. We graduated from Haddam-Killingworth High School together. To serve the town that she has grown up in and raised a family in is a testament to her commitment to Killingworth. Her connections to family, friends, and community are extremely strong.

I believe Michele will continue to be a great asset to the town of Killingworth. I plan on voting for her in the coming election on Nov. 3 for Killingworth’s tax collector.
