Chester’s Library Board of Trustees has many important decisions ahead of it. This is why I’m writing today to support the Democratic Party candidates: Sandy Senior-Dauer and Karin Badger.

Sandy Senior-Dauer holds the vice-chair position on the board and has served for 16 years. She is dedicated to the library and is active in integrating the library with other parts of the town, such as our school. She also is the vice-president of the Chester Historical Society and was a high school history teacher for 33 years, receiving many awards.

Karin Badger is a local art director and graphic designer. She has been keenly interested in the library, attending most of the meetings of the Library Building Committee. She offers a fresh perspective, and is dedicated to arriving at a library plan that is favored by the majority of Chester’s residents.

On Nov, 3, I encourage your readers to consider Sandy Senior-Dauer and Karin Badger.

Henry Krempel
