An Average Citizen

We need someone like Phil Beckman serving on the Board of Selectman in Essex. He remains dedicated to the community in so many ways. The thing I find particularly appealing is the fact he does not have any professional ties to the community. He is poised to view every decision from the position of an average citizen. He is a customer of the town’s services and knows where improvements might benefit the community.
