Apologize for the Omission

I thanked many of the volunteer organizations that contributed to the success of this year’s Chester Fair in my Sept. 10 letter to the editor “Long Live the Chester Fair.” However, I omitted to thank the organization that year after year plans and puts on the fair that only seems to get better, The Chester Agricultural and Mechanical Society. I want to publicly thank all of the fair’s officers, directors, and superintendents and all other of volunteers for the enormous time and talent they contribute to make the fair the wonderful event that it is. I sincerely apologize for the omission.
