Look at the Positive

I am writing about the controversy of the name Indians for the sports teams, and for the symbol for the Town of North Haven. When I look at the picture of the Indian, I see a proud, strong, brave individual, nothing demeaning at all. They were here first in our country, and to have them as our mascot, and a symbol for North Haven is an honor.

I hope they take a better look at keeping the name for our teams and town. It means, and represents us as being proud, brave, and a strong town. Please look at the positive side, not the negative side of this controversy.
