Challenge Gives Strength

I am writing about a wonderful, caring, and compassionate person, my niece Patti Porto. She has worked for 24 years at Branford Hills Health Care Center, where she had started as a candy striper, reading and holding patients' hands.

She has four children, and her third child was born with life-threatening issues. At three weeks old, he had three surgeries, and finally with the last antibiotic she has pulled him through. It has given her strength, with her great qualities of loving and caring.
