Thanks from Mr. Broccoli

Save the Children would like to thank Cecarelli Farm of Northford for its generous hospitality. Farmer William DellaCamera was a gracious host, allowing me to use his broccoli patch for our "Mr. Broccoli" photo shoot.

Every holiday season, Save the Children teams up with IKEA to promote the plush toy initiative Soft Toy for Education campaign that benefits school kids all over the world. This year, Mr. Broccoli is the star of our campaign, a savvy stalk using all kinds of social media to document his visits to Save the Children's IKEA-funded programs while trying to get home for the holidays.

The Cecarelli Farm was the first stop on his journey for Mr. Broccoli and William DellaCamera was kind enough to let Mr. Broccoli hitch a ride on the back of his tractor.

I encourage your readers to to visit Mr. Broccoli's pages on Twitter (www.twitter.com/BrocTweets) and Facebook (www.facebook.com/misterbroccoli) and to leave a comment to thank Farmer Nelson for putting Northford on the map!
