The new district court includes the towns of Chester, Clinton, Deep River, Essex, Haddam, Killingworth, Lyme, Old Saybrook, and Westbrook.
As a practicing attorney with 28 years' experience and a substantial portion of that experience in probate law, and with his educational background in biology (pre-med), Anselmo is well-suited to deal with the complexities and volume of issues which will face the new court.
