Legal Expertise and Real Life Experience

Anselmo Delia, candidate for the newly created position of judge of probate of the 33rd Saybrook District, is particularly well-qualified to serve as its first probate judge. The new district court includes the towns of Chester, Clinton, Deep River, Essex, Haddam, Killingworth, Lyme, Old Saybrook, and Westbrook.

As a practicing attorney with 28 years' experience and a substantial portion of that experience in probate law, and with his educational background in biology (pre-med), Anselmo is well-suited to deal with the complexities and volume of issues which will face the new court.

He has shown his concern for others by volunteering and serving on the Clinton Youth & Family Services Board, the Clinton Board of Education, the Clinton Charter Revision Commission, the Clinton Planning & Zoning Commission, the Clinton Economic Development Commission, and also as the Cubmaster for Clinton Cub Scout Pack 7. In all these endeavors over the course of 23 years, Anselmo Delia has given unsparingly of his time, energy, dedication, and hard work.

He understands the issues facing families in need and he also has real life experience dealing with the needs of the elderly and inform. Anselmo would be an understanding judge of probate who would bring his legal expertise and real-life experience to those who come to the court during difficult times. There is much more information on his website delia2010.com.

I urge the voters to support this man on Nov. 2.
