East Haven High School girls’ soccer alum Ashlie Rivera recently signed her National Letter of Intent to play soccer at the next level. Rivera, an East Haven resident who competed for the Yellowjackets while attending the Metropolitan Business Academy in New Haven, will play soccer at Division III Anna Maria College in Paxton, Massachusetts. She signed her Letter of Intent during a ceremony that was held at East Haven High School on May 3. Rivera played all over the pitch during her three seasons with East Haven, settling into the role of defender during her senior campaign this spring.
