The North Haven Senior American Legion baseball team took two out of three in a series against Zone 2 opponent Wallingford and then notched a non-zone win to improve to 6-1 on the season. Post 76 swept a doubleheader with Wallingford by winning each game by a 4-1 score and then took a 6-4 road loss versus Wallingford. North Haven hosted Wallingford for a double dip at DeMayo Ballfield on June 14 and claimed a pair of 4-1 victories. In the first game, Post 76 trailed 1-0 entering the bottom of the fourth inning, but scored two runs in that frame and then tacked two runs in the sixth for the 4-1 victory.

Post 76 also trailed 1-0 in the nightcap, but rallied for another 4-1 victory by scoring two runs in the fifth inning and two more in the sixth. Daniel Meyers started on the mound and allowed just one run in 4.1 innings. Hunter Garthwait picked up the win by pitching 2.1 scoreless innings of relief. Once again, Pincince retired the final batter of the game to get the save.
