North Branford Hockey Loses to South Windsor in States

The North Branford boys’ ice hockey team took a 9-0 loss at South Windsor in the first round of the Division II State Tournament on March 5. The Thunderbirds, who were the No. 12 seed, finished their season with an overall record of 9-11-1 after losing to 5th-seeded South Windsor in the tournament. North Branford had won its last five games of the regular season to qualify for states during the final week of the campaign.
