This year, the North Haven High School baseball team put forth a fundraising effort that generated $750 to help the Indians purchase new equipment that they will be able to use during the 2019 season. The athletes on the team who raised the most money were Kevin Lucey, who recently finished his career with North Haven; and Ben Sbabo, who is entering his senior year at the high school. Lucey and Sbabo recently joined Indians’ Head Coach Bob DeMayo and assistant coaches Lou Elia and Kevin Fuggi at the Diamond Zone to try out some of the new equipment.
