SCF Claims the 2018 Branford Little League Crown


SCF took the title in Branford Little League with two wins versus KMB Electric. SCF won the 2018 championship for Branford Little League this summer by earning a pair of victories against KMB Electric. SCF defeated KMB by final scores of 9-1 and 7-2 to take the title. The team posted a record of 15-5 during its season. SCF scored 159 runs and allowed only 65 runs, which was the lowest total in the league by 35 runs. The club won 11 of its last 12 games to close out its championship season. SCF’s manager was Stosh Konesky, who was assisted by coaches Joe Piscitelli and Shannon Curren. SCF’s roster consisted of Jace Ardito, Brayden Barbero, Zachary Berner, David Carroll, Dylan Dwyer, Sean Howard, Chase Konesky, Jaeden Konesky, Nicolas Michaud, James Nelson, Giuseppe Piscitelli, Joe Piscitelli, and Nicolas Scillia.
