Gies Signs to Play Lacrosse at Bentley

Daniel Hand senior Glenna-Kate Gies of the Tigers’ girls’ lacrosse team recently signed her National Letter of Intent to continue her lacrosse career at Division II Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts. Gies recently helped Hand win its fourth consecutive SCC Tournament title with a 12-10 victory versus Cheshire, after which the Tigers advanced to the championship game of the Class M State Tournament. Gies and the Tigers finished the 2018 season with an overall record of 19-3.
