North Haven Girls’ Tennis Teaching Tennis to Children with Autism


The North Haven girls’ tennis team is participating in a project in which the Indians’ athletes will assist in the teaching of tennis to children who have autism. The free event will take place at North Haven Health and Racquet Club on Saturday, June 16. There will be one clinic for kids aged 5 to 10 that will take place from 1 to 2 p.m., and there will also be a clinic for kids aged 11 to 18 that will take place from 2 to 3 p.m. The Indians are participating in this event in conjunction with ACEing Autism, which is a non-profit organization that specializes in bringing tennis to children with autism.
