12/26/2017 11:00 PMThe Clinton Huskies U-18 baseball team finished with a regular season record of 13-5-2 to qualify for the East Shore Travel League Playoffs this summer. In the playoffs, the Huskies faced off against the Connecticut Outlaws and shut them out 4-0 to advance to the semifinals. The next day, Clinton matched up against the Northern Connecticut Mustangs and took a 7-1 loss in a semifinal matchup to finish at 14-6-2 overall.
Among the key contributors for Head Coach Bob Neri’s club were Madden Ward, Andrew Fritz, Russell Green, Nick Caprio, Cooper Thompson, Anthony Mongillo, Drew Walton, Harry White, Chad Neri, and John Urban.
