The spring of 2017 in the Branford Hornets' sports world saw the girls' lacrosse squad climb to the top of the mountain, while pole vaulter Bridget Wirtz reached some pretty great heights herself. Also, the Branford baseball team had a great year that featured 18 victories this spring.
