Westbrook Dance Academy Turns in Dazzling Performance at Disney


Westbrook Dance Academy’s students wowed the crowd when they recently performed at Walt Disney. Several students from the Westbrook Dance Academy recently performed at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. The students performed to Let it Grow in the Main Street Parade at Magic Kingdom. The students then took to the stage at Epcot and performed a high-energy, 10-minute routine at that was well received, after which they took part in a gala with a dance party and confetti drop.

The participating students, under the direction of Julie Reed-Russo, were Brandi Andrade, Victoria Holton, Sophia Rutkis, Gabrielle Walker, and Zoie Murphy of Westbrook; Mara Kelley, Courtney Briggs, Calla Gilson, and Alixandria Giannini of Old Saybrook; Miles Waterbury, Claire Pease, and Kaylene Koelle from Clinton; and Caroline Bowe of Madison.
