Baldwin Vaults for Valley at the State Open

Junior Travis Baldwin represented the Valley Regional boys’ outdoor track team at the State Open Championship at Willow Brook Park in New Britain on June 8. Baldwin finished tied for 15th place in the pole vault by clearing a height of 12 feet. Baldwin had previously won the pole vault by clearing 13 feet at the Shoreline Conference Championship, after which he reached 12 feet for a second-place performance in the Class M State Championship.
