The North Haven Senior Basketball League (NHSBL) recently completed a hugely successful second season that featured 12 well-balanced teams competing for the title. The championship was in reach for every squad and, in the end, the league’s first-place team, Rent a DJ, played second-place Russell’s Photography for the title. Russell’s Photography took the championship by recording a 68-62 victory. The NHSBL would like to thank its sponsors for helping to make the season a success, along with all of its coaches for dedicating their time and talent to the league.

The NHSBL also held its first annual Seniors vs. Coaches Game to end the 2017 season when a team of the league’s graduating seniors faces its coaches at North Haven High School on March. 10. The seniors put up a good fight, although the coaches prevailed by a final score of 66-59. The junior class is already looking forward to seeking redemption in next year’s game. The NHSBL wishes all of its seniors the best of luck in their future endeavors.
