The first annual Clinton Park & Recreation Department’s Coaches Charity Basketball Game took place at the Morgan School on March 10. It was a competitive game that was well played by both teams and saw the girls’ teams’ coaches come away with the victory. The rec department announced that it raised more than $2,500 for two charities in Clinton: the Clinton Food Pantry and Clinton Youth & Family Services. The funds were presented to the respective organizations at the event. The department also collected cans of food for people who are in need.
