The Haddam-Killingworth Youth Football B team won the 2016 Northern Connecticut Football League championship with a 21-13 win over Stafford on Nov. 20. The victory capped a perfect 11-0 season for the team, which ended the regular season at 8-0 and then beat Suffield-Granby (26-18) and RHAM (28-8) to earn a spot in the championship game against defending champion Stafford. The team’s Head Coach Paul Coady was assisted by John Fox, Ron Lelko, Jeff Maier, Chris Napoletano, and Vinnie Scileppi.
