04/03/2016 12:00 AMThe Morgan boys’ lacrosse team opened its season at home versus Old Lyme on April 2 and took a 15-8 defeat. Both squads put up points on a rain-soaked field, but in the end, Shoreline Conference foe Old Lyme had a little more firepower than the Huskies. Morgan will next face East Catholic in a non-conference match on Tuesday, April 5 and then Old Saybrook on Thursday, April 7 before the Huskies hit the road for their next two games against Valley Regional on Tuesday, April 12 and Haddam-Killingworth on Thursday, April 14.
