On a beautiful, hot, and humid day, 27 members of the Shoreline Golf Society took to the courses at Lyman Orchards for the 2015 Gross and Stableford Net championships, which are 36 and 27 holes, respectively.

Mike Rowan of North Branford defended his Gross Championship title shooting four strokes better than runner-up Matt Fleming from Northford. Rowan shot a morning 77 on the Player Course and a 79 in the afternoon on the Jones Course for his 156. Fleming was only two shots higher on both courses for the day, finishing at 160. Third low gross went to Parker Sulkowski of Guilford, who posted an 82 on the Player Course, tying with Austin Hall (Madison) and Gerrry Mann (Branford).

In a very tight battle in the Stableford Championship, Rafael Martinez (Cromwell) edged out runner-up David Keiser (Madison) by a stroke with a 51. David Russo (Clinton) and Carl Boland (Ivoryton) tied for third at 50.
