05/18/2015 12:00 AMMorgan seniors Jen Dawson (left) and Brian Gendron (right) recently signed their National Letters of Intent to participate in sports at the collegiate level.
Dawson, the Shoreline Conference Player of the Year in volleyball last fall, will continue to play the sport at Southern Connecticut State University.
Gendron will be a dual athlete as he is going to compete in both indoor and outdoor track and field for the University of Massachusetts. Gendron was an All-Shoreline selection who helped the Huskies finish second at the Class S State Championship meet for indoor track in the recent winter campaign.
