LaRosa Takes 4th at State Open Wrestling; Brandon Runs at New Englands

Haddam-Killingworth finished tied for 18th with 40 points at the State Open Championship on Feb. 27 and 28 at the Floyd Little Athletic Center in New Haven. Paul LaRosa led the way by going 3-2 to finish fourth in the 182-pound weight class. Also hitting the mats for the Cougars were Mackay Revis (3-2 at 138); Grayson Adler (2-3 at 145 for 6th); Jackson Hines (1-2 at 160); and William Watrous (1-2 at 220).

Girls' Indoor Track

HK was represented at the New England Championship on Feb. 27 in Boston by Maddie Brandon, who finished 17th in the 1-mile (5:20.94).
