11/05/2014 11:00 PMThe No. 9 seed Guilford volleyball squad took a 3-0 loss (25-12, 25-11, 25-16) in the SCC Tournament quarterfinals on Oct. 27 to top-seeded Cheshire. Next up for the Indians (13-9 overall) was the Class L State Tournament, which began earlier this week.
Against the Rams, Meredith Shank had 15 digs and three blocks to lead Guilford in both of those categories. Sam Shank added in 10 digs and Sammy Carlson handed out six assists.
