Madison Youth Cheer Takes Part in UCA Camp

The Madison Tigers youth competition cheer team went to its first UCA (Universal Cheerleading Association) camp at Westfield State University in Westfield Massachusetts. Being the only youth team there amongst high school JV and varsity cheerleaders, the Tigers learned a ton and had a blast. Four cheerleaders were named to the UCA Youth/Junior Varsity All-American Cheer team. These cheerleaders are invited to march in the Thanksgiving Day parade in Philadelphia. Jumps, a dance, and cheer are evaluated during this try out. Gina Ciotti, Izzy Carusone, Kelley Levis, and Olivia Coppola were the four selected to the All-American squad. Lastly, for the "UCA Pin It Forward" award, Ali Ciotti was chosen for this award by the UCA staff.
