Nuhn Gets Happy at Regional Dance Competition

On March 3, Backstage Dance Center and Killingworth member Alexis Nuhn competed at the Dance Teachers Club of Connecticut's Regional Dance Competition in Colchester. Dance Teachers Club of Connecticut is a chapter of the Dance Masters of America, an international organization of dance educators. Nuhn was awarded second runner-up with her tap solo entitled "Get Happy," choreographed by Catherine Branigan. Nuhn has been dancing at Backstage Dance Center in Killingworth for 10 years.
