Killingworth's Nuhn and Hogan Show off Their Dancing Shoes

On March 3, Backstage Dance Center and two Killingworth members-Alexis Nuhn and Samantah Hogan-competed at the Dance Teachers Club of Connecticut's Regional Dance Competition in Colchester. Dance Teachers Club of Connecticut is a chapter of the Dance Masters of America, an international organization of dance educators. Nuhn (right) was awarded second runner-up with her tap solo entitled "Get Happy," choreographed by Catherine Branigan. Hogan was crowned Miss Dance of Connecticut 2012, performing a jazz routine to "Lola" choreographed by Catherine Ann Branigan.
