Eight Perfect Hours by Lia Louis

I have become a fan of Lia Louis after reading last year’s Dear Emmie Blue and now Eight Perfect Hours. Her writing style is comfortable and her characters are relatable. This is a charming story of two people who meet in a blizzard and are forced to spend eight hours together. It’s a story of friendship, loss, love, and recovery and I found myself rooting for Noelle, Sam, and every other character in the book.
