Italian Rainbow Cookie is an almond-flavored ice cream base studded with chunks of Italian rainbow cookies from Petonito’s Pastry Shoppe in East Haven, along with swirls of raspberry sauce and hardened chocolate shell throughout. That’s been a huge hit, and has been selling quickly. Another fave is Golden Milk, based off of the golden milk latte drink in Ayurvedic medicine. The turmeric-based ice cream is enhanced with cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper. Find out more at
