Nibbles: Ninja Foodi Digital Air Fry Oven

I used to like to make fun of counter-top appliances. We really have everything we need in most kitchens: stoves with an oven and pots and pans, I said. But then came the latest and greatest in microwaves, food processors, slow cookers, the Instant Pot, and the air fryer. So, when my toaster bit the dust, I dithered for a while and finally bought the Ninja Foodi Digital Air Fryer Oven. I chose the Ninja because, on its side, it takes up just 14” by 4” of counter space. I like it, although all I have done is make toast. But I am ready to take on more, having cleared on counter and purchased Weinstein and Scarbrough’s The Essential Air Fryer Cookbook. I am ready to fry something tonight, maybe shrimp.
