The Henry Carter Hull Library is offering a Wellness-to-Go program featuring DIY essential oil spray, with pick ups available Friday, Oct. 30 and Saturday, Oct. 31 during library hours at the library, 10 Killingworth Turnkpike, Clinton.

Registration is required and can be done by emailing sarah@hchlibrary.org. More information is available at hchlibrary.org/event/wellness-essential-oils/all on the library’s Facebook page.

The Wellness-To-Go series is presented in collaboration with Gratitude With Jenna, a massage and wellness spa in Clinton. In October, kits will include ingredients and instructions to craft a soothing aromatherapy spray using essential oils that can help make the change of seasons a little easier.

This natural spray can be used as a pillow mist, room refresher, facemask spray, or whenever a pick-me-up is needed.

Registered participants will receive access to an exclusive video tutorial by Jenna Snelgrove, Licensed Massage Therapist and owner of Gratitude with Jenna, as well as a curated wellness guide with links to eBooks, movies, music, and audiobooks available online with a Clinton library card.

Registration in advance is required and will be offered while kits last.
