Mercy by the Sea, 167 Neck Road, Madison is offering several programs in November.

Racial Justice and Healing: “Racial Justice and Healing with Celine Ibrahim Ph.D.” is a live virtual program on Sunday Nov. 8, 2020 from 5 to 7 p.m. It offers inspiration and community for those invested in the work of racial justice and advocacy. $35.

A Balm for Blue Holidays: “Balm For Blue Holidays: A Circle of Comfort, Consolation and Creativity” is a live virtual gathering with Kim Langley for people of all faith backgrounds on Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2020,from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. $15. The group will explore in silence, in poetry, in small group discussion, and using journals to prompt the losses and lessons of 2020, through community support and validation.

Mindfulness in Challenging Times: “Mindfulness in Challenging Times” is a live virtual program offered by Dr. Jerry Silbert on Saturday Nov. 21 from 9 to 11:15 am. Experience a variety of mindfulness practices that can help us respond to challenges with wisdom and compassion. $25.
