Coo is a brilliant debut all about friendship, bravery, and how not all families are brought together by blood. I love Coo. She’s curious, compassionate, and fiercely loyal to her flock. A story about a girl raised by everyone’s least favorite birds managed to steal my heart from the opening pages. The pigeon’s unique personalities and language make the story really come to life. I adored this book!
